LX Digital is a ground-breaking digital information resource and online learning platform created to help Apprenticeship Training Providers design, deliver, monitor, manage and govern high quality apprenticeship training programmes.

Based on LX Group’s unique Spectrum-39TM framework, this comprehensive 20-module programme of videos and learning resources was originally created as a "nuts-and-bolts" training package to enable new-entrant Employer Providers to very quickly get to grips with the complexities of apprenticeships training. However, the breadth of the information provided makes it an excellent learning resource for all apprenticeships professionals regardless of their sector experience; it can be used for new entrant education and induction, for on-going staff CPD and for ad-hoc knowledge refresh and consolidation.
LX Digital modules are regularly updated, making it the ideal resource for keeping up to date with the sector’s ever-changing funding rules and compliance regulations

  How LX Digital Works

LX Digital is available as a series of 20 individual training modules covering all aspects of apprenticeships training programmes delivery, monitoring and management. Module subjects include everything from Governing Apprenticeships, Ofsted Inspections, ESFA Funding Rules, Coaching and Mentoring Apprentices, Measuring Learner Progress and Safeguarding & Prevent.

Each module is structured as a series of short, sharp videos, sequentially arranged to increase the knowledge and awareness of learners. All videos include knowledge-check questions to consolidate learning and a final assessment (quiz) which generates a downloadable certificate when 80% or more is achieved.

Modules are easily accessible via desktop and mobile devices, which means that learning can take place anywhere at any time. The modules can be studied as part of a part of self-learning, CPD and an apprenticeship discovery programme and they are also available as part of our Apprenticeship Mastery programme which combines online study with a programme of coaching and mentoring by LX Group apprenticeship experts.
